Higher Education Quality Assurance is a systemic activity to improve the quality of Higher Education in a planned and sustainable manner. Quality assurance in higher education is carried out through the determination, implementation, evaluation, control, and improvement of Higher Education Standards (SPT). The Higher Education Quality Assurance System (SPM Dikti) is a series of elements and processes related to the quality of higher education that are interrelated and arranged regularly in guaranteeing and improving the quality of higher education in a planned and sustainable manner. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia issued Permendikbudristek Number 53 of 2023 concerning Quality Assurance of Higher Education. With the issuance of this Permendikbudristek, improving the quality of higher education can be carried out through collaborative activities between study programs and even between institutions in various activities of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Collaboration in academic activities or in the realm of teaching can be carried out online in the form of open online learning modules or Massive Open Online Courses or offline in the form of workshops or short courses. This activity is also accompanied by collaboration in research and community service. This collaborative activity can broaden the horizons of lecturers and students from each institution and complement each other according to their respective fields of excellence. As a forum for gathering biomedical science study programs from various levels of education and universities in Indonesia, KIBI is a conducive and facilitative ecosystem for this collaborative activity. With KIBI's recommendation regarding the core substance for the curriculum of biomedical science study programs in Indonesia, each KIBI member study program can elaborate this substance into their respective curricula.

Rakernas is one of the routine activities carried out by KIBI and is a forum to discuss various important issues for improving the quality of members and also as a forum for member friendship. This year's Rakernas is the 15th Rakernas and will carry the theme "Improving the Quality of Biomedical and Medical Science Study Programs Through Continuous Quality Assurance to Achieve International Reputation Welcoming Indonesia Emas 2045". The XV Rakernas of the Indonesian Biomedical Science Consortium 2025 will be held offline on May 26-28, 2025 at the Faculty of Medicine, Brawijaya University, Malang

Events attended 

First Day, May 26, 2025 

- The first day of departure from I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Bali and arriving at Juanda Airport Surabaya. From Juanda Airport the journey continued to Malang City using a blue berd Taxi. Arrived at the Swiss Bell Hotel Jalan Veteran Malang, in the afternoon at 16:00.

Second Day, May 27, 2025 

- Attending the XV KIBI National Working Meeting Event at the GPP Building, 6th Floor, FKUB, presentations from various keynote speakers who were invited to the event which started in the morning until the afternoon as per the attached schedule. - In the evening the event continued with a Welcome Dinner

Day Three, May 28, 2025:

- Day Three, May 28, 2025 - Attending the 7th International Conference On Bioscience And Medical Engineering (ICBME) - The event was held at the GPB Building, 10th floor, FKUB. - The presentation of the material was filled by Keynote Speakers with speakers from various countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, India, and Japan. - The event ended at 16.30 WIB. Day Four, May 29, 2025, return to Bali via Juanda Airport, Surabaya
