I. Introduction

The 2023 KONAS V and TELMINAS KIBI VIII National Working Meeting was held in an engaging manner on 24 – 25 November 2023, at the Biomedical Science Master's Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Andalas University, Padang. With the theme "The Challenges Of Biomecical Research In Basics And Clinical Settings" this time it is hoped that the biomedical research system will become much more diverse, including the digitization of biomedical and health data, information and knowledge as well as the increasing importance of large databases for biomedical research and decision making in the health sector. .


II. OBJECTIVE

The aim of this meeting is:

  1. Establishing friendship between KIBI members
  2. Increase cooperation between KIBI members
  3. Make recommendations regarding LamPTKes form standards
  4. Increasing recognition of KIBI members at the international level
  5. Improving non-academic activities for KIBI member students
  6. KIBI Chair Election for the 2023 - 2024 Period


III. TIME AND PLACE

The 2023 KONAS V and TELMINAS KIBI VIII events will be held on 24 to 25 November 2023, at the Biomedical Science Master's Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Andalas University, Padang.

V. RESULTS OF ACTIVITIES

In the 2023 KONAS V and TELMINAS KIBI VIII events, the Medical Science Doctoral Study Program took part in and won the competitions held, including:

  1. Third Runner Up for the Community Service Video Contest
  2. First Place in the Oral Presentation Competition delivered by students on behalf of Dr. I Made Darmajaya, Sp.B, Sp.BA(K) MARS
  3. Second place winner for the Oral Presentation Competition which was an alumni presentation on behalf of Dr. Dr. Dewa Putu Wisnu Wardhana, Sp.BS.,MD.FICS
  4. Third Place in the Oral Presentation Competition delivered by students on behalf of Dr. Kadek Fajar Marta, M. Biomed, Sp. OG(K)
